CHIA SEED BREAKFAST POTS

Chia plates are one of our breakfast staples. Make them on a Sunday in jars and they are a healthy grab and go breakfast, lunch or snack till Wednesday.

Ingredients

- 1 cup Cashew Nuts

- 2 cups coconut milk

- 1 1/2 cups filtered water

- 1 tsp vanilla paste

- 1 cup Chia Seeds

- 2 tbsp maple syrup

- 1/2 tsp cinnamon Salt

- 500ml coconut cream

Method

1. Blend cashews, vanilla, milk, water and salt until creamy and smooth.

2. Pour into a mixing bowl.

3. Add chia seeds, maple syrup and cinnamon

4. Whisk well ensuring there are no lumps.

5. let stand for 5 mins, add coconut cream, and keep mixing until it thickens slightly

6. Pour into jars or bowls and pop into the chiller for 1 hour to set

7. Add your favourite toppings. We love berry compote, fresh berries and Pure Delish No Grainola (available in store)
